Barb grew up in the Detroit area and moved to Mount Pleasant Michigan to attend Central Michigan University (CMU). She received her Bachelor of Science from CMU and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy as well. Barb has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics. She uses a collective technique approach in treatment which is individualized to each patient, looking at each person as a whole. She specializes in manual therapy, kinesiotape, and women’s health, including pelvic pain and incontinence. Before working at Hulst Jepsen Physical Therapy she worked in a hospital-based outpatient clinic for six years, treating patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.

In her spare time, Barb enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 teenage daughters, and friends. She also enjoys camping, biking, and going to live country music concerts.
