Our personal training program is customized to each individual’s goals. We can help you improve your overall health and wellness, improve sports performance, avoid injury, start living a healthier lifestyle with nutrition and exercise, or help you to continue building your strength after physical therapy.

No matter what your goals are our clinical personal trainers will walk alongside you, hold you accountable, and help guide you towards achieving your goals and discovering a healthier version of yourself!

What to Expect

A clinical personal trainer and nutrition coach will work with you one-on-one to help you reach your goals. You can expect personalized workouts and nutritional guidance that are formed to meet your specific needs whether you want to build strength, improve performance, lose weight, or just improve overall health.

Small group and team training is available. Speak with a trainer or the front desk for details.

One-on-one training  – $75/session
Individualized training program

  • 1-hour consultation*
  • 1-hour training sessions ($75 each)
  • Home programs based on needs

Two-on-one training  – $40/session
This option consists of one training program for both parties

  • 1-hour consultation*
  • 1-hour training sessions ($40 each)
  • Home programs based on needs

Preventative Care  – $100/session
1-hour with a physical therapist / scheduled as needed

*Your first session will be a free 60-minute consultation to set goals and review information about the program.
